Social media is become the part of hiring process.

Facebook– Companies are using Facebook to discover talent. Nearly 66% companies use Facebook for recruiting. Recruiters are using Facebook groups, advertising and their corporate Facebook careers page to source a candidate. Facebook has more than 1 billion active users and primarily used by organization to promote brand and post job.
Twitter– Twitter is a micro- blogging site with over 200 million active users and primarily used by organization to promote their employer brand. Nearly 54% of recruiters use twitter as a part of their talent search. Companies are using Twitter to post job though their own accounts and also using third party companies such as Tweet my jobs and Twit job search.
